  1. Mandar-
I have the DirecTV app on my iPad (and iPhone also, but there is no problem with that). I had a problem with the app, so I deleted it. The problem is that it comes back (reinstalls) as “Navigator” (I discovered this is an AT&T app. AT&T owns DirecTV). If I sign out of iTunes as you note above, I can delete “Navigator”. The DirecTV app was also deleted and when I search for it, I verify it is indeed off of the iPad, however, it is listed as an “available update” in the app store “updates” section! (meaning it somehow resides on my iPad). Apparently these AT&T apps use the same platform and there’s some kind of code anomaly. I try a hard-reset, turn off the iPad (all while signed out of iTunes), etc., but no solution! What’s more is the app does not show up at all when the iPad is connected to my laptop iTunes! Really freaky! So how do I get rid of this app without a full restore? I’m thinking this is my last choice. This stupid app is somehow “imbedded” on my iPad!

  2. My wife’s iPhone 6 she deleted several apps they don’t come back on home screen but are still in usage and when delete them there they come straight back taking up all her storage to the point she can’t upgrade any thoughts please email

  3. Same. Have an app that keeps reappearing after I delete it. When I check Useage it is always there so it never really gets deleted. Signing out of iTunes and App Store made absolutely no difference, not surprisingly.

    1. Please let me know, did you eventually find a solution? I’m having the same problem.
