Being Indian, Student, Graduate, Employee, Business Man Myself & Friends of People who are just like me I have seen closely why India is loosing battle of Brain to USA – United States of America,
Here are few thoughts that I can sum up to determine why India is Facing ‘Brain Drain’ at highest level than any country on planet called ‘Earth’
Falling Indian Rupees Value
Today Indian Rupees stands 55 Rupees per 1 Dollar
So when ever you earn your sallery in Dollars you earn 55 times more than American Dollar
So it is easy choice for any Indian Student looking for Job opportunity prefers always Salaried Job in America where he get paid in American Dollars for same amount of work he would do in Indian subcontinent
Reservation
The Great Indian Reservation System where community at more numbers get Government Reservation for Education & Employment & other remaining community at less numbers with less population has to face life on it’s own without getting any help from their own country & Government
It purely happens because of Community with Large population has more votes bank count that community with few number of population.
Indian Reservation system which was suppose to be existed for mere 5 Years after Indian Independence is in Practical existence for last 60 Years thanks to Vote Bank Count & to political party who is only interested in Money & corruption, There is different dimension to it is Cast based Politics i.e. We have big vote bank count give us more Reservation
Here Reservation to Community mens free Education, Free Jobs, Free everything because of vote bank they have
Government Policies
Government policies related to Businesses doesn’t provide ‘Entrepreneurship values to Youth who want to venture in Businesses & entrepreneurship,
Heavy duties, Heavy Taxes, Corruption is killing youth’s independence to survive in business & in society
So what youth do is they relocate to USA or UK…
So Final Thought,
India Needs Freedom from Cast based Reservation system where people will only get reservation not because they are from cast with massive vote bank but because they are poor in financial front where they need help in funding their kid’s education
