Real Problem with Engineers and Designers. The real issue why they are depressed, jobless, aimless, worthless and moneyless in their bank accounts.

Yes, Its really a big Blog Post Title. But let’s go through all issues one by one.

Few Observations

Problems with Engineers:

1. The Mind and Thought Process: Engineering is regarded as high intellectual task that when project starts even in my personal experience there was Engineering Manager called Mr. Satam he said to me design is your problem you just tell me about layout and places views will appear. So Satam had no idea about projects core but what he thinks was his daily duty is to type on keyboard and get salary at end of the month.
2. Normally engineers have no idea how to talk as they normally tell their IDE to simulate their work. Sometimes as designer I have to tell them what is image, what is vector and how it will look on mobile. Even a person working for 10 years he has no intuition or thought process how it will look on mobile or code that along the way.
3. Engineers because of high expectations from families and friends with low salary in their bank they are always frustrated.
4. When you will approach for work they will immediately said it is not their work.
5. Then they have to blame someone they will have extra person in group to make it scapegoat.

Problems with Designers:

1. They never understand the basic concepts they were busy to look like an artist have some drunk cards experiences and smoke some cigarettes.
2. so they never made friends with brush and pencil.
3. Designers know no Guidelines or are there any guidelines for designing for Apple or Google. Its really get frustrating when they submit someone’s design with small colour changes or logo changes.
4. Today’s designers don’t own their design as a trophy of hard work or what they have pursue for last 10 years.
5. They really have no progress.

Main issue is they never learned to enjoy their work, or they have attended their drawing classes in their school days.

But I am really happy for them what they have achieved so far and whatever it is.
