LinkedIn A Professional Networking tool Unprofessionally Designed & Developed…! Asking Why? Read.

I have been using LinkedIn for the last 6 to 7 years. But lately, I am getting irritated while signing in to LinkedIn, even when trying to read messages, send messages, or post on LinkedIn Groups.

I will list a few things here explaining why I am saying so.

The first foremost irritating thing, i.e. code deployed & Implemented
Whenever I try to sign in to the LinkedIn page, it resets to the public home page or the sign-in page, even if I enter the username with the correct password combination. The page resets again & again without any error message. Asking why? Poor code deployed by LinkedIn itself.

The second thing is poor caching.
LinkedIn cache pages, that’s why I have to refresh LinkedIn member home every time I read a message or see a notification. New messages and activity notifications aren’t dismissed even if you have seen them for one second. You have to refresh the page again to tell the LinkedIn code that you have seen the message and notification.

Third, the Poorly Designed User Interface with the Top Black Header Bar and grey-coloured interface showcases how (un)enthusiastic and (un)excited they are about their own website. It showcases how they irritate users with no branding in the interface deployed on the website.

Even with all the errors and glitches in LinkedIn’s source code and website, LinkedIn still charges more than 10,000/—Indian rupees yearly to have a professional paid account. This is a really lousy strategy to have when your code is ugly and poorly thought out and implemented. Practically speaking, 10,000/—INR is somebody’s two months’ cumulative salary in India.

Please wake up LinkedIn before it’s too late. You will certainly lose every signed-in member forever.

I hope you get the point.

Thanks & Regards
