Clashes between Cookies for Comments WordPress Plugin Versus Google Adsense

After reading few security guidelines on popular blogs & WordPress TV I realised I have to optimise my WordPress installation for less comments.

So I installed Cookies for Comments WordPress Plugin.

First Thing that I saw that,

Whitespace (Strip) below Footer… So I fixed that with CSS

with this code:

img[alt="css.php"] {
	position: absolute;
	clip: rect(1px 1px 1px 1px); /* IE6, IE7 */
	clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);
	height:0;  /* Chrome */
}

Now everything was alright at list visually.

But Next Day I saw drop in AdSense revenue by 75%

So I quickly deactivated & deleted ‘Cookies for Comments’ Plugin from all of my WordPress Installations because of Clashes of Revenue between performance of AdSense Ads & Cookies for Comments plugin itself.

I don’t know it happened with everybody or not but I noticed it & I took the immediate action over it to remove the plugin.

Hope it helps,

Thanks & Regards
