  • Understanding Dalit or any Backward Class Leadership mindset by analysing what they show what they do and what they have achieved till this date.

This analysis will help us understanding theory of Shahu, Phule, Ambedkar through magnified lenses of jargons like ‘Bamani Kawa’ and ‘Anaji Pant’ and current status of Dalit Leadership family decedents.

    Background

When I was in school, or college or even I started working in office or traveling by train I saw people around me who were Dalit or from Reserved or Backward class will abuse me about me being Brahman.

But a thing that I have to mention about me is that I never started abusing any Cast or Religion without any reason or started this kind of conversation.

But I have to face something like this.

But Soft Abuse that I always has to face that I can list here:

Note: If you are Brahman and you faced this type of abuse and I am sure you have. Then you can mentioned below in comments section. I will add it to list to keep it updated.

  • In today’s IT Software Industry, we delve into the true status of the failing Software Outsourcing Industry in India. We will explore the issues, causes, and examine the past and future prospects of this industry.

    Background

I recall being in my elementary school when everyone proudly described themselves as either US Return or Foreign Return. They took immense pride in the fact that they had achieved a status that their ancestors had never even qualified for, spanning over five generations. Typically, these men would return to India to marry a girl from their religion and caste. The bride’s parents would happily marry their daughter to a US Return individual, who was expected to be an ultra-rich, highly accomplished, and well-off person.

    Today

However, something changed once I began attending college in the early 2000s.

As of today, 2024, the software industry is in a state of decline. There are no jobs, lower salaries, bankruptcy, and court cases of fraud between business partners and investors.

  • A Reality and Illusions of Marathi Movie Stars and Film Industry. Written on onset of Phullwanti Movie.

    Background

Yesterday I saw a Marathi movie called Phullwanti. But I was amazed that when I booked a ticket 18 hours before there were no bookings for the hall, I was the first to make a booking of two.

Now today, when I entered a cinema hall, there were only a maximum 10 to 15 seats, and remaining almost all 95% seats were empty.

    Now Phullwanti Film Review:

    Pros:

    1. The cinematography was great and would match any Bollywood or Hollywood movie.
    2. Music, colors, and costume design were great also.
    3. But only I was impressed with Prajakta Mali and Gashmeer Mahajani’s acting.

    Cons:

  • Monetisation Strategy A Business Lesson from Cinema Theatres and Online Ticket Booking Portals.

    Back Story:

The year was 2001/2/3, and there was a new movie experience on the block. And there was new mall culture introduced in Mumbai for my age individuals.

    Early Success:

Somehow I got to know about R-Adlabs Playes movies for INR 50.0 only.

Now every day I find myself watching at least one movie, or sometimes three in a row.

At that time, classmates would find themselves bumping into each other as theatres went house full.

First Evil Thought of Money Making:

After say half a year, cinema hall increased price to INR 250.0, and suddenly all shows were abandoned and empty with no people, or 4 or 5 people per show. Sometimes they have to cancel the shows.

Then brought down price to INR 150.0, then people started visiting cinema halls again but lost all houseful boards that existed at start with a 50 rupee price tag.

  • Why I began recording my personal encounters with Brahman Hatred/Abuse, Gazwa-E-Hind, and Love Jihad activities based on my observations and memories.

    Background

Experience that I wrote in my earlier blof post about GEP HR Head, Muthu, Kadam, Roy, and Vishwakarma as that was something that I avoided for almost a decade.

But then I realized when one day I went for an interview with a company called Hexaware in MBP, Mahape, Navi Mumbai. There was a Bengali individual who supposed to be head of Design in Hexaware who said he knew Roy as an industry disruptor with whom he worked before. I told that Bangali individual that if he has given you any information about my issue with the GEP company and why I left, then let me know. Then I told him to call Roy immediately then we can discuss the issue within the time limit of the interview.

  • My first interaction with a ‘Muslim Mind’ was when I was in primary school.

    Background

What I exactly remember is that I was in 3rd or 4th standard. My school was Lokmanya Madhyamik Vidyalaya.

Principle was IDK, madam. I think her full name was Indira Kulkarni. Most dislike women who will make any student stand in front of her cabin on her will, even if he or she was passing by a corridor to get a book from the library.

But today we will talk about Khan Madam, who used to teach us Alzebra, which was ‘Bijaganit’ in Marathi. As I was in Marathi school for you, it will be vernacular medium.

Khan madam will start teaching a particular subject for the next 5 minutes, and if I say to her, please teach again, I didn’t understand anything from your lecture. then she will teach the same subject for the next hour, which was thought by her earlier in just five minutes.

Year was 1994/95. As Raj Thakarey says, with the NCP party formed by Sharad Pawar, Brahman-related Heatred was just getting formed.

Yes, there were cases of Love Jihad, but the word ‘Love Jihad’ was not that popular at that time. But there were cases of Muslim boys poisoning, hypnotizing, or doing black magic called Vashi Karan to get Brahmin or any other Hindu girl’s approval to marry him. As any Hindu girl in her full consciousness will think, a thousand times even getting the first thought in her mind about marrying a Muslim boy.

  • Social Media Effect: The New Leader Jarange Patil and Theory of Shahu, Phule, and Ambedkar.

    Background:

Sometimes I really thank social media and the internet. The reason behind this is that you get everything documented on legal media like audio and video, which are more trustworthy as newspapers can be manipulated.

If you know Sharad Pawar and other politicians have their own business of news channels and paper publications.

I always heard stories about burning Brahman’s houses, killing their children, and raping their daughters and wives, which was done after Gandhi’s assassination. As they describe, killing a Gandhi is equivalent to getting legal rights to kill every Brahman man on a woman or at least rape a lady; then they can destory the evidence.

But the incidence of the Maharastrian Brahmin Massacre was never documented on video or in the newspaper, as it was targeted killings by the government itself. If not, it was never documented, or any other rapist got hanged or killer got panished.

I never heard that individuals who killed or took it as their life’s moto to kill all Brahmans ever got jailed/criminalized or got any sort of panishment under the legal system.

    Personal Experience:

I even documented my experience with an individual called Mr. Kadam. Once somebody asked him what his cast was, he said he was Bhandari. Then the same person asked why you have been against Brahmans. He said as it is what it is.

    Reference:

If you check that individual’s Facebook profile or cover photo, he is wearing a saffron pheta and a saffron flag in the background.

  • The Imperfect Pethe.

    Background

It was 2013–14. Facebook used to have social groups back then. We used to schedule in-person meetings at public spaces like local malls.

I had met someone named Mr. Pethe about that time. The gathering was for and by people connected to the Brahman caste. We also decided at that same meeting to form a committee to organize educational lectures at Brahman Sanghas for more Brahman pupils and other children from the surrounding area.

First, since I had connections with Sanghas for the hall reservation and with professionals who would offer their knowledge in Marathi, I was mostly responsible for organizing all three of the lectures.

There were three of us primary leads making choices.

However, it all began on the first day when I gave The Pethe a call.

  • Update on the Last Blog Post: Genoside and Hatred of Brahman. The past, present, and future.

On October 3, 2023, I posted a thorough blog article detailing my own experience with severe brahman heatred and how the non-brahman community has normalized it. Remember my experience was dated in year 2013/14 when I was working in company called GEP. Today we are in year 2024 and it is still same mentality of killing all brahmans in three minutes and etc.

Read full article in below link:

This community calls itself ‘Brhmanetar Samaj’, i.e. ब्राह्मणेतर समाज.

Those communities are ready to call themselves ‘Backward Class’ just to get freebies like free jobs, free education, and free monthly monetary benefits.

So the title is Backward they want to have for themselves. Is this a sign why they are still hating Brahmans since independence in 1947 until today, 2024, and it will be until tomorrow, I wish or suppose?

As I see all prior reserved cast communities still getting reservation seats since, say, more than 60 years. But they are still on the reservation, and they want to be that way for the next 100 years.

Is it not that funny that they want to be in the so-called backward class for the next 100 years? This is what I read in the news paper where the current Vanchit Bahujan Aaghadi head, Prakash Ambedkar, said in his comments in long past. And other leaders like him who represent those backward-class communities.

  • What Special Legal Rights That Muslim Exercise in India That allows them to call any fellow Kafir A ‘Shaitan’. My first-hand experience with Mongini’s Muslim Employee.

    Background

There has been a Monginis cake shop in my area for 15+ years.

I used to eat chocolate cakes in the same shop.

However, after a few interactions, I started experiencing irregularities, hindrances or arrogance by the shopkeeper when you asked for the order. Sometimes, an older person who is supposed to be a shop owner will insult you or talk rashly in English to sound excellent and non-offensive on the part of the shopkeeper.

After a few interactions in the first 5/6 years, I never went back to shopping again to eat cakes.

So here I am documenting my first-hand experiences with Monginis Cake Shop in my area.

    First Experience:

So it was the same shopkeeper I mentioned above when I went to the same shop in the early years there was a single cake remaining in one rack which was four weeks old and past the date of expiry written on its label.

So, by choice, I told him to give me a different cake to eat, which was very fresh as per the date mentioned on its label.

But in difference or kind hate about maybe Marathi speaking locals or perhaps ignorance of health issues will that person have or sake selling cakes without thinking about society health he didn’t bother to give a cake that I chose which was same day delivered. Still, he offered me a cake that was four weeks old. So I told him I ordered a different cake, and you gave me a rotten one, which is four weeks old. He said it doesn’t matter, eat it. Nothing will happen to you.
