Asa Balgandharva Ata Na Hone – Show lost in it’s own Paradise
Yesterday I attended program by The Movie Balgandharva people.
Kind of Making of Balgandharva talk.
Whole program started half an hour late.
The effort put up by all team of at show gave the feeling the program lacks thought process should be put behind for programs… As I have saw film 10 time by now…
After an hour or saw I felt why I attended this show as It doesn’t give any more information which is already given in the film. I felt more audio & visual of real Balgandharva should be more elaborated on screen than just camera man’s personal feelings.

I was amazed how new way of making a tablet has helped somebody so small to regain momentum in her life.
iPad has indeed made a mark in Education field with it’s new user interface or new way of interaction through multi touch screen
I am yet to buy an iPad or iPhone or iPod Touch but surely buy someday…
I don’t know when will Indian schools mainly Indian Government school will start using teaching through device like an iPad… & When it will happen someday it will be the revolution for school going children to get more attracted to education & get involve in learning more & get advance with computer use with ultra modern & sophisticated user interface

Yesterday I saw ‘Lovebirds’ Marathi Play at Gadakari Rangayatan at Thane.
I was amazed with basic story line behind play & how suspense was well maintained in play throughout & how live motion video was used to evolve around story…
This is the first time I was experiencing suspense story live in theater & happening in front of me.
Live Video on Wall was vary well used to explain & illustrate story no second was lost or misused to or lost in Live Video & live Action, All sync in video & live action was perfect
I would suggest all to watch this Marathi Play…

There was one company…
There was one designer…
That one designer joined that same company & story started…
One fine day designer was setting in company canteen having tea, he saw guy seating in front of him…
Designer thought let’s talk & interact with fellow worker so he asked his name. The guy replied, “I am TG 4”
& designer starts laughing… & asked himself what is that ‘TG’ Thing?
The company was having ‘Technical Grade’ allotted to their employees
Designer realize while spending few months in company that people that works here have no identity no name no value… Only people know each other by Technical Grade, they even ignore salary as they get greater salary with greater Technical Grade…
So people with higher Technical Grade were running the race of Grade that has no value out side their company… It was false motivation of false realization…
What if you want a Auto Rickshaw to catch to run to the place what you will tell the Rickshaw driver, “I am TG4, Let’s Go”, It doesn’t mean any thing to that rickshaw driver…
What you will tell your kids in the morning when you are leaving for office & work,”bye, bye Kids your TG 4 is going” It will sound hilarious & you know what it is just stupidity…
You can’t in cash & it doesn’t fetch value outside that company…

I was talking with my friend while we both were having coffee… we chatted a long & reference a came along about my website & I suddenly realized that I do had my own website in way back Year 2003 – 04 on Yahoo! Geocities…
What a realization, at that time I had no web analytics so I have to had phoned a person to ask to check does he visited my website & they like it or not…
No CMS so no WordPress…
No Plugins…
No Web Analytics…
No Visitor Data…
No Feedback form or any forms that matter…
That time I had no knowledge of CSS So All website was done with tables… i.e. TD & TR
Now I had crush on my own domain with my name attached with .com thing…
My Friends get excited with thing my .com domain name & my presence on web…

One day I was seating in a animation class & I came across this exclamation thought…
“tell me about Animation!”, “Who Does Animation”, “How He does it?”, “Where it Happens?”, It reminds me of Hindi Film ‘Dil To Pagal Hai…’
And It was the same day I came across this thought, “Animation? How Sweet? How Cute?”, I never did & never will understand what is cute in doing in animation, It is a day’s of work…!!!

“Tell me About 3D…!!!”
I was explaining the one person the process of animation & how it is done & recommending some books to him, he said, “I am more interested in 3D Animation, I don’t want to learn from books or basics of animation, I just want to learn 3D… because 3D is the future because Pixar & even Disney is doing it… & Why I should waste my time in learning 2D or that matter other types of animation.”Designed on Mac & Designing on Something Else
Few points that I recognize that are important while experiencing design process on Mac & Something else called PC… Those are as follows
Designed on Mac
- Mac has factory Calibrated display
- Square looks Square & Rectangle looks Rectangle & not other way around
- 15% black has identity on display & which is recognizable
- It has world class Industrial Design working for you
- It’s a style statement while using it
- No compatibility problem while working in group
- You know your design will look exactly as it is on every mac
- ‘Designed on Mac’ is kind of branding itself for your work for quality
- You have full control on your machine not other way round
- Has kind of hardware insurance as an ‘Apple Care’ program
- Almost clean workspace
One Designer’s Problems Having MBA person as his Project Manager
- MBA Person thinks he own all work & credit of the same work as his own not the artist… because he thinks by giving suggestions & corrections he owns the artwork as his intellectual property…
- Because of the earlier point MBA person thinks he owns the salary increment & not the artist for work done by the artist.
- Manager thinks he should get at least 7 options for design problem & Designer thinks what the F
- When Designer say to MBA guy we need specialist in development but MBA person thinks otherwise & ask’s then “What’s Your Use?”
- Designer thinks about himself as he is designer… & he has to learn a lot about design
- MBA persona thinks about himself as he is BOSS… & he knows everything about design
- Designer is Designer but MBA person is Boss + Designer
- MBA person thinks Photoshop can do anything I mean almost everything… but designer says I need Illustrator or CorelDRAW
- One fine day MBA guy learns about GIMP & he thinks our designer should adopt GIMP than investing lot money on Photoshop
- MBA degree earns the respect & Designer degree has do lot of work…
